CAMP POLLYWOG  • Register Now!

A great summer adventure for 4 year olds – rising 1st graders from June 6-August 12. Led by Conservancy staff and interns, activities range from catching bugs to reading books, holding snakes, arts and crafts and lots more! This is a great introduction into the world of “wild things” in a safe and fun atmosphere. Note: no camp on July 2nd and 4th. Meet at the Fleming Environmental Center. Reservations Required. 

Hours: 9:00AM – Noon, Mondays – Fridays. You may enroll your child by the day or enroll for a full week. Camp t-shirts are available for purchase – a great way to remember your summer adventure!

CONSERVANCY CAMP  •  Register Now!

To prepare our children for service as stewards of our fragile environment, the Conservancy offers a day camp program for rising 2nd-6th graders from June 4-August 17. Conducted by the Conservancy's Education Staff and assisted by Conservancy interns, this popular camp combines outdoor activities such as kayaking, nature hikes, crabbing, dissections and shell collecting with a fun "hands on" curriculum! Your children will enjoy learning about such things as sea turtles, marsh critters, plant and animal identification & habitats, and other environmental topics. Activities change daily, and take place "in the wild" whenever possible. Note: no camp on July 2nd and 4th. Camp t-shirts are available for purchase- a great way to remember your summer adventure. Meet at the Fleming Environmental Center unless otherwise noted. Reservations Required.

 • Offered: The weeks of June 3rd- June 17th and July 29- August 12th

NEW! FULL DAY CONSERVANCY CAMP OPTION!  •  Register Now! 

We’re excited to announce our new FULL DAY CONSERVANCY CAMP! You may enroll your child (rising 2nd-rising 6th graders) by daily session, full day, or full week. If your child stays for both sessions, they may eat lunch with Conservancy staff and interns between sessions. If you choose this option, please send your child to camp with a lunch. Full day camps will take place during the weeks of June 24, July 1, July 8, July 15, and July 22. PLEASE NOTE that Fridays during these full day camp weeks will be “Special Adventure Days” and will be a different fee.  

• Cost: $55 per morning or afternoon session; $75 per full day for Conservancy Friend and Non-members.

$40 per child per session; $60 per full day, for Conservancy Life, Patron and Sponsor Members

• Offered: Monday-Thursday during the weeks of June 24, July 1, July 8, July 15, and July 22

C Patrol  • Register Now!

Has your teen been looking for a way to get involved with the Conservancy and help our efforts to protect the natural wonders of the coast? C Patrol is a week-long adventure in service learning for teens ages 11-14. Participants will get firsthand experience in the many conservation projects we are involved in. C Patrol will also enjoy a day of kayaking (weather and tides permitting). Don't miss out on this opportunity to get involved and have fun! Note: no camp on July 2nd and 4th. Meet in the NEW Barrier Island Center. Please also note that labs and activities will be repeated each offered week.
