Discovery Series

Bald Head Island is teeming with beautiful wildlife and scenery, waiting to be explored. In an effort to share information on some of the most popular and unique island subjects, the BHI Conservancy is delighted to offer FREE presentations on topics as diverse as island fishing, sea turtles, sharks, skates & rays, alligators and common wildlife myths. These presentations are open to the public and are both child and adult friendly. If you walk away with a new fact or a greater appreciation, a donation of any amount is gratefully accepted so that we may continue to offer these educational programs.
