Ella went to School at St. Olaf College in Northfield Minnesota. It is there that she worked as a Naturalist on their restored prairie and forest management. In school, she studied Biology and Environmental Studies education. Ella grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she loves camping and hiking.
