If, during your visit to the BHIC website, you voluntarily provide personally identifiable information, we will collect such information. Examples of such information may include:
- Information you voluntarily submit to the BHIC for the purposes of completing or submitting an application or form online

For a user who places an order or donates to the BHIC through our site, we request personal information on the donation form. Contact (name, mailing address, email, phone number, etc.) and payment information (credit card number, expiration date, and security code) is requested. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill the user’s donation or order. If we have trouble processing an order or donation, we will use this information to contact the donor.
In general, please note that the contact information (name, mailing address, email, etc.) collected, may be used by the BHIC for marketing purposes.

The BHIC may use email addresses and other personally identifiable information to contact site visitors. Each email communication contains instructions on how to unsubscribe. If a visitor at any time chooses to no longer receive such information and opt-out of any future communications, they have the opportunity to do so.
